Since Brook Green UK DMC was established in 1987 this has always been our goal! Our multilingual and multinational team are ‘at home’ in London, England, Scotland and Wales and are dedicated to exceeding your clients’ expectations with our ‘hands-on’ approach. We speak English, Dutch, German, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese.

Elena Cuesto
Managing Director
Elena is one of those triple-threat-power-women-of-the-world. She speaks lots of languages, has many skills and hobbies but always keeps it real. In her free time she is renovating houses, dancing salsa or travelling. Don’t let her calm personality fool you; she never takes no for an answer.
Felix Nilles
Corporate & Incentive Groups Manager
Being with BGUK for over 14 years Felix probably knows more than anyone local in the UK. He can coordinate hundreds of groups a year without even filing each project separately; a true wizard in the field! Out of the office he enjoys quality time with his wife and toddler son, Nico.
Monica Caamaño
Operations Manager
Originally coming from Spain, Monica is lively and full of energy! She has been working in the industry for over a decade so she knows what she is talking about. In her free time she takes care of her son (CUTEST kid ever) and plays football. Who would have known…
Andrea Lopez
Business Development Manager
Andrea was actually born in London (which you would never guess) but is a true, patriotic Galician gal. She is very patient and will do anything to make a project a success. In her free time she explores part of the UK and goes backpacking around the world to countries we never heard of.
Viktoria Ulle
Senior Project Manager
Viktoria is the Estonian token of the company, who spent much time in bonnie Scotland. She has developed a passion for this wonderful country and has been committed to delivering memorable experiences to her clients ever since. Out of the office she is taking care of her baby girl and infecting everyone around her with happiness!
Valentine Calinaud
Project Manager
Valentine is the French touch of the company and her passion for the UK has kept growing since she arrived in London a few years ago. She is always smiling and taking good care of our French clients. Out of work, Valentine can be found exploring the new trendy brunch spots of the capital or taking spontaneous road trips in the British countryside
Ludovica Arnaud
Project Manager
Originally from Italy, Ludovica has spent the past 7 years juggling timing, clients, logistics and on-site delivery. Committed to her job, which is also her passion, you could find her anywhere to get inspiration for new ideas or networking within the industry to stay up-to-date. In her free time, she likes to play squash and enjoy a G&T…. She is probably the only Italian person who doesn’t like pasta!
Monika Antoniak
Finance
Monika is the master of number crunching. She keeps the whole BGUK team in order and makes sure the balance sheets equal out every month. She also pays our salaries so we LOVE her!). In her limited free time, she can be found spending time with her two children, being a natural ‘supermum’!
